Asalato is a visually interesting instrument.

Consider the use of space when playing the asalato.

The hands and asalato, within the air, can move to reflect the velocity and musical direction of the sounds being produced by the asalato.

Additionally, all parts of the body will affect the impact of the music being played onto the audience. The expression of the eyes and movement of the head as well as movement of the entire body will affect how the audience percieves the music being played.

The example has a low amount of visual expression, as all of the movement is focused on one area in front of the asalato player. There is not much contrast in locations. Additionally, visual interest could be increased by changing the speed at which the asalato are moving through the air, for non-shake sections.
